Quick Answers

Before you book

Most families want to know three things first: format, schedule, and whether the plan fits the student's goals.

Online tutoringDo you offer online tutoring?

In personDo you offer in-person tutoring?

LocationWhat areas do you serve?

Goel Tutoring serves North Austin, Cedar Park, and Avery Ranch, with online tutoring available beyond those areas.

SubjectsWhat subjects do you tutor?

SAT prep, SAT Math, SAT Reading and Writing, grades 4-12 math, grades 4-12 English, study skills, and homework support.

ScheduleHow often should students meet?

It depends on the student's goals, timeline, and current workload. SAT students often meet up to three to four times per week when preparing seriously for a test date, while students looking for general schoolwork support usually meet one to two times per week.

PracticeDo you assign homework?

Yes, when helpful. Homework is usually focused practice that reinforces the session and reveals what needs more review, so students are not just doing extra work for the sake of it.

SAT sectionsDo you help with both SAT Math and Reading/Writing?

Yes. SAT prep can cover Math, Reading and Writing, or a balanced mix depending on the student's needs. Some students need a full plan, while others need focused work on one section.

PackagesHow do packages work?

Packages reserve a set number of tutoring hours across multiple sessions. Booking several sessions in advance reduces the hourly rate and can also help secure the time slots that work best for your schedule. We can talk through timing, goals, and preferred format before choosing a package.
